The first method I describe to detail your vehicle is for those with a pressure washer at home. I will describe a method below for those without a pressure washer.
Prepare the scene: I recommend washing your car in the morning or evening after the sun is low in the sky. My goal wash to be able to wash my car at any time of day and that is why I chose the soap cannon which applies a thick layer of soap. This lowers the chance of the sun drying the soap onto the paint which is not good at all. This shouldn’t happen but if you see this happening wash at the time of day described above. Or wash your car in a shady spot.
Soap it up: using this Pressure Washer Foam Cannon spray thick coat of soap all over your car. Let it set for a few minutes to allow the soap to break the dirt loose from your car. Once again make sure the soap is not drying on your paint.
Rinse: Remove the soap cannon from the pressure washer and reattach your pressure washer nozzle. Spray your car so all the soap is removed.
Following these steps and using the soap cannon will eliminate the need to scrub the paint with a cloth or mitt. Using those things can scratch your paint. There may be times when a little scrubbing is needed but using them lightly is okay.
What is the best soap to use when washing your car?
I use this Mr. Pink Super Suds Car Wash Soap that is really awesome. Is it what the professionals use to apply a thick coat, and gets superior results. It smells really good too. When I wash my cars my neighbors watch in amazement.
What is the best way to dry your car after washing?
I have used everything available. I finally found this Awesome Squeegee that has a flexible handle and is much easier to use than any chamois or microfiber towel. Using the squeegee will cut the drying time down considerably. The flexible handle on the squeegee I recommend will allow it to conform to the curves of your cars body.

How do you wash your car without a pressure washer?
I highly recommend Chemical Guys Foam Blaster that comes with the soap cannon and attaches to a garden hose. Using this prevents you from having to pay a bunch out of pocket for a pressure washer, and still gets the same results. You may need to hand wash your car with a soft sponge after applying the soap with this method because you do not have the high pressure from a pressure washer.
